Interesting historical village. A great insight into local history. Great for locals and visitors alike. We saw a cool cat sitting in the front of the train

This was a wonderful, nostalgic place to visit. The exhibitions were well set out and easy to navigate through. It was well worth the money.

There is more to this town than meets the eye, and this museum gives you a wonderful behind the scenes look of life in the darling downs during the late 19th century and throughout the 20th. The museum is wonderfully curated, with tens of thousands of pieces of historical artifacts to view. And the staff are fully knowledgeable of the contents of the place, and will endeavour to answer your questions to the best of their abilities.
